The PurpleGray Current/Future State Workshop helps organizations document current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, design practical future-state processes, and establish a sustainable Continuous Improvement rhythm.
This special offering is available for qualifying nonprofit organizations and participating associations.
What is Included?
Week 1 — Discovery
Individual 1-on-1 Conversations (30 minutes)
Leadership Conversation (30 minutes)
Week 2 — Workshop
Current/Future State Workshop (90 minutes)
Weeks 3–6 — Continuous Improvement
Four 30-minute Continuous Improvement Meetings
Weekly review and improvement rhythm
Your Next Steps
Step 1
Schedule all participant 1-on-1 conversations on Monday, August 10 or 11. (send this URL to your team so they can pick a time that works for them.)
Step 2
Leadership schedules the Leadership Conversation on Thursday, August 13 or Friday, August 14.
Step 3
Schedule the Current/Future State Workshop some time from Monday, August 17 to Friday, August 21.
Step 4
Select a Continuous Improvement Meeting time that your team can attend weekly. Pick one of these times that will allow us to have a recurring meeting for these next four weeks.
Week 3, 4, 5, 6 (August 24-28, Aug 31-Sep 4, Sep 7-11, Sep 14-18)
The following times work on my schedule and pick the one 30 minute slot that will repeat these 4 weeks
• Tuesday, 12:00–12:30 PM CT
• Wednesday, 10:30–11:00 AM CT
• Thursday, 3:00–3:30 PM CT
• Friday, 12:30–1:00 PM CT
• Friday, 4:00–4:30 PM CT
